One on one mentoring and coaching:
Our free training is unique to the recruiting industry. The training begins when the applicant becomes a client of The Novak group. Once the candidate is hired by you, they will continue with one on one weekly coaching session to take them through the transitional period. We know that questions and circumstances arise, that a new employee may not be comfortable discussing with their new employer. The Novak Groups coach and mentor will answer any questions that they may have about their new career. We will be there, to advise, direct, train, and support the new placement through the first 8 weeks of employment. This ongoing support assures a smooth transition for your company.
