1. You must communicate to the prospective client or customer based on their personality type…not yours:

The key is to determine the personality type of your prospective client or
customer. You must communicate to them how they like to receive
information, not how you feel comfortable giving them information

2. Find their motivation to buy: Use The Novak Principle, “Everything boils down to motivation” find their motivation for buying, or create a motivation for them to buy. Remember…..Its not how you sell, it’s why they buy.

Ask for the sale: It can be as simple as “should I start the order?” or “May I start the paperwork?”, or “Would you like to buy it now?”, or “Would you like to make an offer?” or “When would you like it delivered?” or “Can I have your drivers license so I can get your correct information for the order?”

4. The fortune is in the follow up:
